What we measure

Zephyra instruments sit at the inverter, not at the export meter. Every string is read at 15-minute resolution alongside plane-of-array irradiance, module temperature and soiling, so what the site produced can always be separated from what the site could have produced.

Each reading is timestamped, signed and committed to the ledger the moment it is taken. Nothing is averaged, back-filled or estimated after the fact.

How it works

Field units are calibrated to the asset class they watch — crystalline, thin-film or bifacial — and re-verified against a reference cell on a fixed schedule. Readings travel over an encrypted link to the ledger, where they are reconciled against the site’s performance model and any variance is flagged within the same interval.

Operators, offtakers and lenders read from the same record, so a performance question is settled by looking, not by negotiating.
