ZEPHYRA
PRIVACY POLICY
Privacy Policy
How Zephyra collects, uses and protects the information you share with us. Last updated 16 September 2026.
01 — SCOPE
Information we collect
We collect the details you give us directly — your name, work email, company and the message you send through our contact form — plus the technical data your browser shares when you visit, such as IP address, device type, pages viewed and referring URL.
02 — USE
How we use it
We use your information to answer enquiries, deliver and improve our services, send the product updates you have asked for and keep the site secure. We do not sell personal data and we do not use it for automated decision-making.
03 — COOKIES
Cookies and analytics
Zephyra uses a small number of essential cookies to keep the site working and privacy-respecting analytics to understand which pages are useful. You can block cookies in your browser and the site will still work.
04 — SHARING
Sharing and processors
We share data only with the providers who help us run the business — hosting, email, analytics and CRM — under contracts that limit what they can do with it. We disclose information to authorities only when the law requires it.
05 — RETENTION
Retention and security
Enquiry data is kept for as long as we have a business relationship with you, then deleted within 24 months. Data is stored in EU data centres, encrypted in transit and at rest, and access is limited to the people who need it.
06 — RIGHTS
Your rights
You can ask to see, correct, export or delete the personal data we hold about you, or object to how we process it, at any time. Email privacy@zephyra.com and we will respond within 30 days.
07 — CONTACT
Changes and contact
We will post any changes to this policy on this page and update the date at the top. Questions go to privacy@zephyra.com or Zephyra, Copenhagen, Denmark.
